There are two type of asbestos fiber yarn, dust free and with dust:Dust free yarn: composed of around 99% asbestos fiber and 1% chemical powder, color: white, temperature: 550°CDust yarn: composed by around 70-85% asbestos fiber and 15-25% cotton fiber, color:white, temperature: 250 ~ 550°C, according to quality grade of asbestosfiber, it can be divided into five grades: common, A grade, AA grade, AAA grade,and AAAA grade, different grade has different temperature resistance and tensilestrength, the yarn can be reinforced by glass fiber yarn, brass yarn, and stainlesssteel yarn according to requirements.Asbestos ropes:1) Made of long asbestos fiber yarn and braided into round form2) Extensively used as heat insulation materials on thermal installations and heatconduction systems operated at temperatures up to 250°C, loss on ignition32% max.3) Braided asbestos round ropes with metallic (copper wire, nickel wire or stainlesswire) are also available4) Refractoriness: 250 ~ 550°C 5) Refractoriness of dust free asbestos round rope: 480 ~ 550°C6) Thickness: 3 - 50mmPacking: Plastic woven bagN.W.: 50kg
